Chocolate Coffee Toffee Chex Mix

Ingredients
4 C. Chocolate Chex Cereal4 C. Cinnamon Chex Cereal1 C. Bite-Size Pretzel Twists1 C. Pecan Halves1/2 C. Toffee Bits1 Tbsp. Instant Coffee Granules or Crystals1 tsp. Hot Water1 C. Dark Chocolate Chips1/4 C. Smart Balance Light1 C. Powdered Sugar
1. In large bowl, mix cereals, pretzels & pecans. Sprinkle toffee bits on top of the cereal mixture.
2. In small microwavable bowl, stir coffee granules & water until coffee is dissolved. Add chocolate chips & Smart Balance. Microwave uncovered on High 1 1/2 min, stirring after 1 min, until mixture is smooth. Pour over cereal mixture; stir until evenly coated. Pour into 2-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag.
3. Add powdered sugar. Seal bag; shake gently until well coated. Spread on waxed paper or foil to cool. Store in airtight container.
