Ingredients
white whole wheat flour (unbleached) honey 3 tbspyeast .75 oz. or 2 pkgsalt 2 tsp.extra virgin olive oil 2 tbspwater 2.5 cups
Directions
heat water to 120 degrees, combine in mixer with dough hook, 3 cups flour, honey, yeast, salt, olive oil, and water. mix 3 min. add remaining flour and knead with dough hook 8 min. put into bowl slightly oiled and let raise until double, about 45 min. punch down and form into 2 loaves, let raise again until double. Bake 23min.@ 380 degrees. turn out on baking rack and let cool. Cut into slices as needed.
