Pork- boned or boneless 8 chops1/4cup onion1/4 cup cerlery1/4 cup margarine21/4 cup Bell's stuffing mix11/3 cupo water
saute onion and celery in margarine,pour over 21/4 cup bells stuffing mix, add 11/3 cup water.
Place pork in an oiled pan, cover each pork chop with the stuffing. Cover pan and bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and cook for an additional 30 minutes or more--depending on the thickness of the pork. Remove the cover for the last 15 minutes
