Humus Tahini,

Ingredients
4 garlic cloves1 Tablespoon salt15.5 oz can of garbanzo beans (chick peas)1/2 cup tahini paste (crushed sesame seeds)1/2 c lemon juice, freshwater
Directions
in blender or food processor put:
fresh garlic & salt. Pulse until chopped. Add drained & rinsed garbanzos. Pulse again. Add lemon juice & pulse until desired thickness. May add water if too thick.
Serve with pita or raw veggies
use as dip or spread on sandwiches.

Serving Size: makes a little over 3 cups
