Honey Corn Bread

Ingredients
1 Cup Yellow Corn Meal1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour.5 TSP. Salt1 TSP. Baking Powder1 TSP. Baking Soda.25 Cup Honey1 Beaten Egg (large)1 7/8 Cup Buttermilk1 TSP Butter (melted)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 Degrees
Combine dry ingredients-Stir liquid ingredients into the dry. DO NOT OVER MIX. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Pour batter into a pam sprayed 8 mini loaf pan or an 8X8 pan. Bake for 20 minutes in the 8 loaf pan or up to 30 minutes in the 8X8 pan. Check doneness with toothpick in centre of bread. Cool slightly. Serve warm or cold.
