Quick & Easy GF Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky)1 egg8 teaspoons Splenda Blend for Baking1 teaspoon vanilla1/2 cup (2 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips(use dark chocolate or SF chips to lower carb count!)
Directions
Mix first four ingredients, then blend in chocolate chips. Roll tablespoons of dough into balls and flatten carefully with a fork. Bake 15 minutes. Cool just a moment before removing to rack.
