Ingredients
1 small to medium leaf of lettuce (I like butter or iceberg lettuce for this)2 large leaves of basil (or to your taste)1/2 slice (1/4" thick) medium tomato2 slices bacon, oven baked preferredSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Stack the bacon, basil and tomato on a leaf of lettuce. Add salt and pepper if you like then roll it up.

If you feel you MUST have bread, try the multi-grain sandwich thins

If you add mayonnaise or other condiment, be sure to add to the nutrition information
