Irish seeded soda bread

Ingredients
350g coarse plain wholemeal flour200g plain flour50g bran25g wheat germ1 tsp of bread soda1 tsp salt1 tbsp sesame seeds1 tbsp poppy seeds2 tbsp sunflower seeds1 tbsp linseeds2 tbsp pumpkin seeds1 tbsp of treacle570 – 725ml buttermilk
Directions
• mix all dry ingredients together and add enough milk mix with treacle to moisten. Should be consistency of stiff porridge. Place in greased tin and bake at 180oC for 1 hour.
