1/2 cup raw Onion2 Cloves of Garlic4 Oz. Chicken Breast without the skin sliced into strips1 Cup Green Bell Peppers1/4 of a 9" parsnip1/2 cup Baby carrots sliced lengthwise1/4 cup chopped Green onion1/2 Cup Cooked Wild Rice1 can Low Sodium Sliced Mushrooms rinsed and drained.1 Tbsp.Low sodium Teriyaki Sauce1 tsp. Olive Oil
Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
Add Garlic and Chicken and cook just until Chicken is no loner pink.
Remove chicken from pan and add Onions and Carrots to the pan.
Cook until Onions begin to soften.
Add Bell peppers and Green Bell pepper.
Cook until veggies are just beginning to soften.
Add Cooked Wild Rice and mushrooms.
Cook for about two minutes then add Chicken back into the mixture and Teriyaki Sauce.
Heat through then serve
Serving Size: Makes 3 Servings of Aproximate 3/4 cup
