Green Monster Dip

Ingredients
1 (15-oz) can organic chickpeas2 tablespoons tahini2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice2 tablespoons water1 tablespoon olive oil1 clove garlic1/4 teaspoon salt4 cups packed organic baby spinach
Directions
Put all ingredients except spinach in the food processor and process until smooth. Add spinach 1 cup at a time and process until smooth, scraping down the sides often.
