Chicken salad

Ingredients
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts steamed or boiled then cooled and chopped2 stocks of celery chopped to desired size1/2 red onion finely chopped5 TBSP light mayo1-2 tsp dijon mustardsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, to taste. Serve on a lettuce leaf or on good whole wheat bread.
