Spicey Chili - Herbivore Style

3 stalks celery2 onions1 yellow bell pepper2 oven roasted anaheim peppers3 cloves garlic4 red ripe tomatoes (blanch to get skins off) dice1 can chickpeas1 can white beans or canellini1 can organic tomato paste2 cups frozen cornSEASONINTS:2 T taco seasoning (costco)2 T chili powder1 T garlicsalt to taste1 c water
Do not use oil. Dice your onions, put them in a hot frying pan. Stir & cook. Add celery, onion, garlic gloves(cut into bits.) Stir & fry. After 10 mins or so, add diced tomatoes. In a seperate pot add rinsed beans, organic tomato paste & seasonings. Add contents of frying pan to pot. Add about 1 cup of water to frying pan to get juices out and put into pot.
