Ingredients
- Iced Coffee: 1cup of your own flavor blended/brewed and chilled over-night, Starbuck's Frapuccino or International Delight's Iced Coffee.- Ice Cream: 1/2 cup or 2 scoops (Vanilla). * You may use ice cubes as well. The ice cream just gives you more of a latte effect. *- Protein Meal Replacement: 1-2 scoops as directed on container, (French Vanilla flavor).- Caramel or Chocolate Syrup: 1-2 T. (optional) for taste.
Directions
Place all ingredients inside your blender or bullet. Blend all ingredients evenly. Serve in a chilled glass with a straw and a bar spoon. ENJOY!
