low-carb microwave chocolate sponge pudding

Ingredients
-2 oz cream cheese-1 large egg-3 T almond meal-1 1/2 T cocoa powder-2 t Splenda granular-1/2 t vanilla extract-pinch of salt
Directions
1) microwave cream cheese in a bowl for 20 seconds, until softened.
2) add remaining ingredients and stir until well-combined, scraping the sides of the bowl down with a spatula. microwave for 60 seconds. exterior should be cooked-through and interior should be moist.
3) run a knife around the edges, and then invert onto a plate.
4) serve with whipped cream!
