Quinoa Mango Pilaf

Ingredients
Mango, Raw 0.25 cup sliced or gratedQuinoa 0.25 cupCumin Seeds 1tspTumeric, ground 1tspOlive oil 1 tspWater 2 cups
Directions
Step 1: Slice or grate raw mango
Step 2: Wash and clean Quinoa and keep aside
Step 3: Heat oil in a pan
Step 4: Add Cumin Seeds and let them splutter
Step 5: Add tumeric
Step 6: Add grated/sliced mango
Step 7: Add Quinoa
Step 8: Add 2 cups of water
Step 9: Cover and cook on low flame for 15 minutes or until quinoa is cooked properly
