Asian Slow Cooker Honey Soy Chicken

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (16 oz total)1c honey1/2c soy saucesalt/pepper for seasoning chicken breast 1/2c diced onion2 cloves, minced garlic1/4 tsp chili powder4 teaspoons cornstarch (dissolved in 6 TB water)1 TB sesame seeds1/4c ketchup2 TB sunflower oil
1. Season chicken breasts with salt & pepper (put in crock pot)
2. Combine honey, soy sauce, ketchup, onion, oil, garlic and chili powder in a bowl and pour over chicken
3. Cook 1 1/2-2 1/2 hours, or until chicken is cooked
4. Remove chicken from crock pot and chop into small pieces (leaving sauce in crock pot)
5. Combine cornstarch and 6 TB of water and add to sauce in crock pot, stir until mixed in and cook about 10 minutes (on high)
6. Add chicken back in and serve over rice/noodles and sprinkle with sesame seeds
