Bloody Kermit

Ingredients
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup diced (I used canned with no salt)Seedless red grapes, 1/2 cupScallions, raw, 1 mediumBaby Carrots, raw, 10 mediumCelery, raw, 3 small stalksAsparagus, 3 med spearsSalt-free, tomato-based boullion, 1 tbsp (I use Dr. Fuhrman's MatoZest, but you can use boullion or even a small bunch of sundried tomatoes)Fresh Chives, 1 tbsp chopped Tabasco, a couple shakes to taste (or try a little bit of cayenne pepper if you don't have Tabasco)Arugula, 5-6 ozPumpkin Seeds, raw, unsalted, .5 oz (optional)
Directions
Layer a good blender with ingredients beginning with tomatoes. Do not add pumpkin seeds. Blend until smooth. Serve with pumpkin seeds on the side for added crunch.

Serving Size: Makes one smoothie large enough to be a meal replacer
