Ingredients
Ingredients:-Spinach, frozen, 2 cups (half a packet)-Mushrooms 1 cup-Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped -Parsley few sprigs finely chopped -Allspice, 1 tbsp -Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp -Garlic, 1 clove -Ketchup 2tsp-Marmite, 2tsp*Alpro Light soya milk, 500 gram-Olive Oil, 1 1tsp-Granules Vegetable Gravy (50ml),-Beans, red kidney, 1 cup
Directions
-Fry up onions & mushrooms with herbs and spices.
-Add spinach until defrosted
-Add all other ingredients except gravy/stock
-Simmer and add enough gravy granules until thickened.
Serve over spaghetti!
