Ginger Date Energy Bars

Ingredients
1 c raw almonds.5 raw cashews1.5 c pitted dates1 c shredded, unsweetened coconut1 c quick oatsjuice of one lemonzest of one lemonsmall piece of ginger root
Directions
Combine everything in food processor. Add water slowly if needed to process. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and press into bottom, or form into 32 balls and refrigerate 2 hours. Cut into bars, if needed.

Serving Size: Roll into 32 balls, or press into bars
