3 bell peppers, various colours, choppedOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Parsley, dried, 1 tspBasil, 5 leaves Oregano, ground, 1 tsp Salt, 0.5 tsp Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp Toss all ingredients together, throw onto pan, put on grill or into oven broiler for a few minutes.eat immediately
