Ingredients
Leftover pulled pork shouldercan of beans of choicecan of tomato sauce (GF)can of tomato paste (GF)Tinkyada rice elbow pasta
Directions
cook rice pasta according to instructions, drain and set aside. Simmer pork shoulder, tomato sauce, tomato paste and canned beans (drained) in large pot covered for about 15 minutes - when warmed through add pasta, stir and serve. Can also be served with Daiya shreds for an extra Dairy Free garnish!
