Jen's Beef Chimichangas

Ingredients
half pound extra lean beef (96% lean)half packet taco seasoninghalf cup peppers and onions4 whole wheat tortillas4 tablespoons salsa2 tablespoons sour cream1 cup lettuce shredded1 cup refried beans
Directions
cook beef with onions, peppers and seasoning. Heat tortillas for 20 seconds each, roll warm with one quarter of the meat mixture. Tuck in right and left sides, fold in half and stuff the top of the burrito into the bottom. Use egg white to seal burrito. Fry in a small amount of oil on med heat for 15 minutes.

Top with salsa and sour cream on a bed of lettuce. Serve with a side of refried beans.
