Five Minute Applesauce Pancakes (vegan)

*Motts unsweetened Applesauce, 4 oz *Almond milk, Trader Joe's unsweetened vanilla (refrigerated section), 1 cup *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup *Agave Blue Light Syrup *Baking Soda, 4.5 tsp *Coconut Oil, 2 tbsp * Vanilla extract * Apple Cider Vinegar
1. Mix the vinegar and dairy substitute, set aside for about 5 minutes.
2. After 5 minutes, Spray a pan or skillet with pam or a similar spray oil and place over medium heat.
3. Mix all dry ingredients
4. Mix all wet ingredients seperately, including milk mixture.
5. Combine ingredients, portion out pancakes with either a measuring cup or a small ladle.
6. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side.
