Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slicesSpinach, fresh, 3 cupGarlic, 3 tsp Coconut Oil, 1.5 tbsp*Seeds of Change Certified Organic Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce, 1.25 cup
Directions
sautee chicken, onion, garlic in 1.5 tbsp of coconut oil

add spinach and mushrooms and cook down

add whole jar of tikka masala simmer sauce

simmer on low for 10-15 min
