Shabora Salad

Ingredients
1 slice of shabora1/4 cup peeled diced tomatoes1 diced jalapeno pepper2 minced cloves of garlic2 tbsp vinegarPinch of Salt and pepper
Directions
Add all the ingredients together except for the shabora
Crumble the shabora into small pieces
Add the shabora immediately before serving to avoid getting it soggy
