2 lbs ground beef1 large chopped onion2 bell peppers2 cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed2 large cans Muir Glen Fire Roasted Crushed TomatoesTo taste:Soy SauceCuminChili Powderground black pepper
Directions
brown the ground beef along with the onion and pepper. drain. return to pot. add beans, tomatoes, and seasonings. bring to boil. reduce heat, cover and simmer about 25 minutes.
