Carol's Low Cal French Toast

Ingredients
1 egg white1 whole fresh egg1 tsp. vanilla extract1/4 tsp. cinnamon1/4 c. nonfat milk5 slices 45 calorie-per-slice bread
Directions
Combine all but the bread in a flat bowl and whisk with a fork or whisk until bubbly and blended. Dip both sides of bread in mixture and fry in a preheated nonstick pan coated with nonstick spray. Cook until brown on one side, then flip and cook on other side.
