Hungarian Beef Stew

Ingredients
1.5 pounds lean stewing beef (1.5 inch cubes)1 large chopped onion3 medium bubed potatoes12 oz baby carrots10oz thawed frozen lima beans3 cloves chopped garlic8oz frozen choped mixed peppers1 tbsp dried parsley flakes0.5 cup beef broth3 tsp paprika2 tsp salt16oz can whole tomatoes
Directions
Put first 8 ingredients into crockpot. Mix the broth, paprika, salt and tomatoes in separate bowl. Pour liquid mixture over ingredients in crockpot and stir to blend. Cook on low 10 to 12 hrs or high 5 to 6 hrs. Serves 6.
