Ingredients
4 Peppers1/2 onion copped2 celery sticks chopped1/2 medium zucchini1/2 cupmushrooms2 garlic cloves8 oz ground beef1 cup chicken sausage1 cup white rice
Directions
steam peppers in microwave with a bit of water
brown beef and sausage and drain
add onions, celery, zucchini, mushrooms, garlic
add 1 cup white rice
