Cauliflower and Mushroom Sautee

Ingredients
Cauliflower florets , 250 gramsOyster mushrooms, 150 gramsCreamy Swiss Cheese, 2 wedgesCheddar Cheese (Kraft Eden) 60 gramsgarlic, 3 clovesOil, 2 Tablespoonsherbs, 1 teaspoonadjust content of cheeses to suit taste
Directions
sautee garlic in oil and herbs, add mushrooms then cauliflower, add about half a cup of water just to steam a little, add the creamy cheese wedges, stir in until melted, cover untilcauliflower is cooked, top with cheddar then cover. serve warm or room temperature.
