Ingredients
l/2 cup waterl small onion, finely choppedl garlic clove, mincedl/2 to 1 teaspoon curry powderl/2 taspoon ground cuminl/4 teaspoon ground corianderl/8 teaspoon ground cinnamonPinch ground clovesl/2 pound mushrooms, slicedOne 151/2-ounce can chopped tomatoes with their juiceOne 10-ounce box frozen peas, thawedFreshly ground pepper
Directions
Place the water in a large pot. Add the onion and garlic and cook, stirring until the onion softens slightly. Add all the spices and cook 1 minute. Add the remaining ingredients except the pepper. Simmer ovr low heat for 15 minutes
