Spicy Taco Soup

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey1 T olive oil1 can Bushe's black beans (undrained)1 can rotel tomatoes (undrained)2 t. taco seasoning1 can whole kernel corn (undrained)1 T peanutbutter1 med corn tortilla
Directions
Brown the ground turkey in the olive oil until no longer pink. Add all the ingredients except the corn tortilla. Bring to a quick boil, then simmer for 13 minutes. If you like your soup thinner, you can add water. Meanwhile, slice the tortilla into 1/4 inch strips by 2 inch pieces. Add the pieces to the soup and simmer 2 more minutes. Serve piping hot.
