Introduction

Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    1 Red Onion (chopped)
    1/2 Zucchini (chopped)
    1 Green Bell Pepper (chopped)
    1 Red Bell Pepper (chopped)
    4 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
    1/2 c Water
    400 g Shrimp Meat (about 4.5 servings)
    1 pckg Fajita Seasoning Mix

Directions

Chop onion, zucchini and peppers. Put into a wok with oil. Cook until soft and onions are translucent. Add water, shrimp and seasoning. Cook until sauce has thickened and shrimp are cooked through.

Makes seven 1/2 cup servings.

Serve with tortillas or wraps.

    Thank you! It's very good but very high in sodium. I'm sure there are ways around the sodium thing... however, I served it for non-dieting friends. They like their flavor!

    Very tasty. I just used the seasons rather than a premade package mix. My hubby is a renal patient and can't do the sodium. - 7/21/10
