spring soup with beef

.5 lb beef, sliced thin6 cups beef stock1 leek 3 medium carrots4 medium potatoes1 small turnip1 celery stalk2 tsp salt1tbs pepper3 cloves garlic1tbs parsely2 tbs sour cream
put stock in pot and bring it to a boil
cut all vegtibles in cubes or slices no bigger than .5 inch
cut beef into thin slices, then cut slices into even size pieces.
once stock is boiling add all vegtibles, galic and parsley.
turn heat down and simmer for an hour
after an hour place soup in a blend and blend until smooth
add sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
cook beef then add to soup
