Ham Potato and Corn Chowder

Ingredients
8 cups diced potatoes ( boil)1 and 1/2 # Turkey hamd dieced 1 stick butter1 cup flour 8 oz chicken stock12 oz of cream cheese3 or 4 cups cornred pepper flakes for seasoning if desired
Directions
Makes 18 1 cup servings
dice and boil potatoes
melt butter add flour and mix well disolving flour
add the chicken stock 1/3 at a time into flour mixture. mixing for smooth mixture
add one can cream of chicken soup
add cream cheese ( I melt in microwave first)
add the ham
add the corn
drain the potatoes and add to soup
add crushed red pepper flakes if desired.
salt and pepper to taste.
