Lazy Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients
24 oz extra lean ground beef1 large onion, chopped3 cans tomato soup1 tbsp garlic powder4 tsp Worcestershire sauce2 C cooked brown rice1 tsp ground black pepper1 large head of cabbage8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
Spray non stick frying pan with cooking spray. Chop onion and 'fry" until brown, add ground beef and cook until done. In the meantime, shred the cabbage head and place in large pan, such as a lasagna pan.
In a large bowl, combine tomato soup, garlic powder, worcestershire sauce, rice, beef and onion.
Pour this mixture over top of cabbage, don't worry if it is heaped up, the cabbage cooks down.
Cover and bake at 350 F for 90 minutes.
Remove cover and sprinkle on cheese. Cook uncovered until cheese melts.
Makes 12 servings.
