small diced turkey breastfresh chivesMushroomsCourgetteVegetable Stock
Directions
Put boiling water in pan, add stock then turkey as turkey becomes cooked add mushrooms, courgettes and simmer for a while until the turkey is cooked through. Finish off with fresh chopped chives on top.
