FOIL WRAPPED Seitan “CHICKEN “

Ingredients
1 lb. Seitan2 tbsp. cornstarchSAUCE:1/4 c. soy sauce8 tps Bragg's liquid amino acid1 tbsp. sesame seed oil4 oz white or rice wine2 tsp. sugar1 tsp. grated fresh ginger root3 clove garlic, finely minced
Directions
Add all of the marinade ingredients to the seitan pieces and using your hand, mix everything together thoroughly. Let the seitan marinate for 30 minutes in a baking dish.

Heat oven to 375, bake for an hour, allowing seitan to soak up most of the liquid.

Serve with stir fried veggies and rice if desired.
