Crock Pot Chicken and Sausage1 12 lbs chicken thighs (boneless skinless)1 lb hot italian sausage52 ozs spaghetti sauce (with sliced olives)1 cup dry white wine12 cup chicken broth1 tbsp herbes de provence2 bay leaves4 garlic cloves (minced)12 lb button mushroom (whole)12 lb portabella mushrooms (sliced baby)1 red pepper (cut into strips)1 green pepper (cut into strips)1 onion (cut into wedges)6 12 ozs artichoke hearts (marinated, drained and chopped)
Dump all items in crock pot on low and cook for 6-8 hours. Yummy!
