1 3/4 c whole wheat flour3/4 c cocoa3/4 c sugar1.5 tsp baking soda1.5 tsp baking powder2 c cooked pumpkin3 egg whites 1.5 c hot water1 T vinegar
Preheat oven to 400 F and either put liners or spray muffin tins. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl. Add liquid ingredients (egg whites, pumpkin, water and vinegar) and mix. Divide between 24 muffin tins (or 48 mini muffins) and bake at 400 F for 20 minutes. For extra chocolatey-ness, sprinkle with chocolate chips before baking.
