Maple-glazed salmon

Ingredients
1 lb. salmon fillet (skin-on)1/4 cup maple syrup2 tbsp soy sauce1/4 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp black pepperCooking spray
Directions
Mix syrup and soy sauce with spices and pour into a small baking dish or bowl. Place salmon skinless-side down into glaze. Marinate at least 1/2 hour or overnight.

Remove fish and spray both sides well with cooking spray.

Grill 1-3 minutes skinless side down. Flip and grill 3-5 more minutes until fish is opaque.

Serving Size: Makes 4 3-4 oz. servings (depending on weight after cooking)
