Pepper jack cheese steaks

1 lb beef round steak4 jalapeņo peppers1 large white onion4 slices Kraft 2% pepper jack cheese4 whole wheat hoagie rolls1 chipotle pepper in 1 tbsp adobo
Place steak in freezer for 20 min. While waiting for steak, slice onions into half round slices, slice jalapeņos into rounds. Chop chipotle and stir with adobo, set aside. Remove steak from freezer and slice as thinly as possible across the grain. Preheat grill.
Place onions and jalapeņos in grill pan and grill until starting to soften, then add steak and grill until cooked to your desired doneness. Toast hoagie roll on grill.
Spead adobo on roll, fill with meat and veggies and top with a slice of cheese.
Serving Size: Makes 4 sandwiches
