Breakfast Gravy

Ingredients
2 cups milk1/3 cup flour1/4-1/2 cup bacon grease5 pieces crumbled baconsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Add flour a tablespoon at a time to the hot bacon grease to make a roux. Once the flour and grease mixture starts simmering, slowly add the milk and crushed up bacon. Stir constantly until boiling for a few minutes or until desired consistency has been reached.

Serving Size: Makes about 3 cups of gravy.
