Fattoush (Lebanese)

Ingredients
Salad:1-2 Green Bell Peppers2 Cucumbers1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes1 cup Pomegranate SeedsHandful of assorted lettuce shredded1/4 cup sumac (this seasoning is DELICIOUS and located at Middle Eastern shops, etc.)Mint (I usually use about 10 leaves, but this is completely up to your preference)Dressing:3-4 Lemons (about 1/2-3/4 cup juice)1/4 cup olive oil1 clove garlic
Directions
Dice it all put the dressing together and then drench the salad. This is a very easy way not to get tired of salads on diets.
