Ingredients
Garlic 2 cloves1/4 cup onions1/4 cup tomatoes1 cup rice1/2 cup moong daal1 tsp butter1/2 cup ground chicken1/2 cup cauliflower1/4 cup peas1/4 cup spinach1 cup water1 tsp salt1tsp cumin1/2tsp turmeric
Directions
Saute garlic in a pan for a minute. Add onions stir then add tomatoes and fry for 2 minutes. Add ground chicken , vegetables and saute till meat is tender. Add salt to taste and turmeric and cumin powder. Add rice daal and water and cook for 10-15 minutes.
