Ingredients
*Ground Beef 93% Lean, 32 oz Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Sweet Corn, Fresh, 2 cup Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Beef broth, 3.5 cup Onions, raw, .75 cup, chopped *Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (canned) 2.5 srv - Rotel, 2.5 serving Tomato Sauce, 3.5 cup Salsa, 2 cup
Directions
Brown beef and onion. Toss everything in a crockpot for 6 hours.
