Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 8 serving Egg white, 6 serving Body Fortress Whey Protein Choc/Peanut Butter 1scoop(38g)=1serving, 6 serving *Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 8 oz Banana, fresh, 4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
Directions
Mix ingredients then bake at 350 degrees for about 30mins
