Ingredients
one slice TJ's sprouted rye breadone soft boiled eggone cup fresh spinachone pat butterone tsp parmesan cheese
Directions
Put egg on to boil. Wilt spinach. Toast bread, butter.
Layer toast, wilted spinach, egg removed from shell.
Freshly shred parmesan cheese over top.
