1 can of tuna, canned in water, 150 grams0.5 cup cottage cheese nonfat, 100 grams0.5 avocado without skin and seeds6 large leafs of iceberg lettuce0.5 yellow bell pepper0.5 cup sliced cucumber (with peel)
Mash half avocado with fork in a bowl, add drained tuna and cottage cheese. Mix together and add seasoning if required.
Dollop mixture on lettuce leafs on a plate and decorate with cucumber and yellow bell pepper.
