8 oz cream cheese, softened1 large egg4 oz sour cream1/4 cup splenda1 tsp Da Vinci Zero Calorie White Chocolate Syrup or any zero calorie, zero carb flavoring
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray mini muffin cups with cooking spray. Mix cream cheese, egg and sour cream until well combined, this may take a few minutes. Add Splenda until combined and syrup. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, pour into prepared muffin cups. Bake until tops are lightly browned. Cool completely and refrigerate. Net carbs=1.3.
